About Pam

Pam Heffler is an actress with a background as a professional dancer. She has over 20 years of experience teaching dance and Pilates. Pam worked for several years as a life coach for Illumine Education facilitating both group and private clients. In 2018, she created Dance your Life, a free form transformational creative movement workshop and held several in person workshops. Realizing that people needed connection and community during the pandemic, she facilitated monthly online virtual Dance Your life workshops. Pam works both privately and facilitates groups in her signature program AWAKEN serving clients on a virtual global platform.
